Save our rights of way

Britain’s rights of way are in danger from government budget cuts. Please help

Help us to prevent a vanishing path network – many well-loved paths are threatened with neglect and extinction due to local authority budget cuts.

Take action – tell us about neglected paths in your area.

Walking is a free leisure activity, which has been proven to help both physical and mental wellbeing. Yet extreme cuts threaten to bring walkers to a standstill, resulting in disrepair and blockages to many valued paths. Many of you may recall the negative impact of Dr Beeching’s cuts to the railway – don’t let this happen to our path network.

The Ramblers are campaigning to ensure paths do not disappear through neglect.

Many thanks,

Sarah Gardner
